[Resolved] Gionee — about charging problem | |||
Hi my name is mohit kwatra. I am facing problem with my gionee phone since i purchased it but there is no response from the company. I visit couple of time to gionee service center luxmi nagar but they rudely said it will cost you 7000 Rs to fix this issue and i bought this phone 2 months ago and really fed up with all this because they said if this problem occurs again i need to pay again. I want to replace my handset Gionee E3 which was not working after 15 days when I purchased the handset. No action has been taken by the company. I received the email from [email protected]

I am also facing same issue. Service centers are hopeless and mobile gives problems since day1..
