Gionee Communication Equipment — fraud by gionee service centres | |||||
I bought a gionee mobile on 5th may 2017 which was a defective piece and with in a month keyboard was not working. When we showed the mobile at mumbai service centre they mentioned the sceeen needs to be replaced and it took a fortnight time. On 29th october 2018 we faced the problem again and showed the mobile at mumbai centre where they checked / repaired the mobile in their lab and asked us to bring the invoice to replace the motherboard. This all they have done without creating any job sheet. They put a gionee seal (Gionee ok tested) (We have a written stamped note for the same). We visited the delhi gionee service centre with the warranty invoice on 3rd november 2018 when we were at delhi. They broke the ok tested seal, which was fixed by the mumbai gionee service centre and tested / repaired the mobile. (They gave us the stamped written evidence that they have broken the ok tested seal). They said this mobile was opened at mumbai service centre and they already did some work on the motherboard however they have not created any job sheet so you need to visit the mumabi gionee service centre again. Delhi centre gave us a job sheet. On 21 november 2018, when we were back to mumbai visited the service centre they said delhi team has done some repair on the mobile so it will not be covered under the warranty. Dear team, i dont know why this much of harassment, time consuming exercise and low service standard at gionee centres even when - mobile is under full warranty of two years - visited only gionee service centres and spend time and evidences available. (Refer below the job sheet details 1. Mumbai first visit, no sheet was created (I have written letter from them).
