[Resolved] Gionee Communication Equipment — Free delivery of JBL headphone with GIONEE A1 not yet received | |||||
I have one Gionee A1 mobile, recently launch by your company through amazon wherein it was mentioned that free JVL ear phone will be delivered.But i have received only the mobile phone from amazon. My amazon order no is #[protected] on 9th April and product was delivered by amazon on 14th April'17 without the JV Lear phone. Since then I am complaining to your customer care representative and they are assuring us that the same will be delivered within one month and your Sales executive will contact soon .But as of today I Do not receive the product and not even received any phone call from your end. I want to inform you that if I do not receive the product within 3/4 days then I am compel to inform the matter to Consumer forum as well as local newspaper and will initiate legal action against you.
