Gionee Communication Equipment — gionee care broke my phone while servicing. | |||
Hello Sir, I bought gionee phone on 12/12/2015 . about 6 months later my phon's charging pin was damaged . thn i went to "Chaabra telicom gionee care alwar on 17/6/2016 . they said to me to come after 7 days . but when i go back there they again said to come aftr 7 days .. bt when i go back again .. they said, "we sent your phone to jaipur for servicing... u will hv to come aftr 10 days and call us before come to care" .. aftr 10 days i contect them thn they said " your phone is repaired ..come...and collect . bt when i got my phone thn i saw it was damaged. so refused to take it ..then they said again come aftr 2 days . .. bt aftr 2 days they said "we are working on it .. as soos as ur phon will ok ..we will contect you" bt that was the High time to start reacting... I filed a court case against the Chaabra telicom gionee care Alwar. bt my case was still running. bcz of gionee also hired a advocate against me. i spend lot of money in this case.
