Gionee Communication Equipment — gionee not able to provide necessary mobile repair at service center | |
Dear sir, I have purchased gionee m4 mobile costing nearly rs15000/- after lot of assurance of its post sales service by the salesmen at kolkata, bigbazar. After using it for one year or so my gionee m4 started auto off stand by, auto off when stand by, when i approached authorized service center of gionee at chandigarh they say spares are not being provided by the company. I’m very much disappointed with gionee service center for “not providing spare for my gionee m4” At service center, the service person simply said it’s an old mobile company has stopped manufacturing spares/ replacing. Kindly advice what shall i do, company is cheating the people by not able to provide necessary service, shall we approach the consumer forum for justice or black list the company.
