Gionee Communication Equipment — i am unable to give permission to any application in my gionee f103 pro, due to screen overlay

I am unable to use most of android feature because i can't give permission to applications. I can't do video call, i can't access to my storage, i can't listen songs, i can't send or receive photos via whatsapp. Due to this screen overlay app permission problem my phone is totally use less. Even i can't use it as a smart phone. Please help me out, i can't carry on like this any long. Please help me out soon my opinion regarding gionee is descending in grades day by day
