Gionee Communication Equipment — power m7 black motherboard malfunction in warranty period | |||||
I have purchased Gionee m7 black 18/05/18 from Ganpati mobiles, Lucknow.with in few months the mobile started to malfunction I took the mobile down to the Gionee service center M/S Sri Ram Engg located in Narhi Lucknow where I was Informed that the mother board has to be changed. I was given a Job Card no GC18A00029346 and was asked to check on the 22nd of october'18 when i went to find out.I was told to check again after the 29th of october'18 and they were not getting parts from head office.I wanted to complaint direct to the Gionee company but when I went on their official site there was no provision for submitting any complaint.What ever the problem is between Gionee head office and the service centers Why should the consumer suffer for having to go weeks on end without a mobile.I just want that my mobile be returned to me in good working condition or I should get another mobile in place of it as it is still in warranty period and mother board malfunction is no small issue.
