Gionee Communication Equipment — regarding faulty product | |||||
Dear sir/mam, I would like to inform you that i have bought gionee a1 black 4gb, 64gb from paytmmall on 8 aug 18 but i am unable to run my jio 4g sim in that by which i am unable to run it at all. I have complained so many times in this matter to the paytmmall care and they have tolled me so many time that they would pick up my mobile and will provide me another mobile but neither i get replaced mobile nor money back and now they are saying me that i will have to go to the nearest gionee care and get made invoice that mobile is faulty from the side of manufacturer than i can get my refund amount. I have bought this mobile under rs 12, 500 what is big amount and because of this item i have lost my money and i did not get any relief from consumer care end by which i can get another ok product or refund my amount. I do not want to send a phone service center to a friend but I do not have any restrictions on the service. I have heard that the parts are not available yet.
