[Resolved] Gionee India — Complaint against poor service | |||||
I am using gionee s plus unfortunately my charger's usb cable is not working. I called in your service centres & I really shocked with their reply. I asked solution for my problem & they said that, accessories are not available & it will take 3-4 days to arrange. According to your service I need to wait for next 3-4 days but my cell phone's battery is dead. So how could I manage my work and all without my phone. That is why I paid 17000 INR for this pothetic service. I am loosing my leads bcz I can not contact with my clients. Who will pay for that. Was this information helpful? | |||||
