I had purchased a Gionee phone on the 24th of April 2016 from Mobile Store and found that the phone had a camera defect which has been denied by the service center stating that the problem only occurs 1/10 times and at Gionee it cannot be accepted as a complaint.
As per my understanding if the problem/error occurs even once in the products lifetime it has to be registered by the company as a problem and has to be investigated.
I also understand that there is a 7 day return policy for DOA products which i am entitled to and am being given a run around just to avoid it.
Would request you to provide me with a ticket number or a problem acceptance acknowledgement regarding the camera problem that i am facing with my phone. Was this information helpful? |
