I had purchase gionee model f103 of date 02/12/2015 but after 1 month handset not working properly so I had visit your customers service centre then they had been format the mobile my all data erase again same problem in handset not m very disappointed for the problem of handset. so I need help of your side can you exchange the handset. Please cooperate me for the solution. Do the needful.
