Hi team,
I purchased m4 in october 2015. Some problem is coming in sensor since one month and i checked this problem with geonee authorised service centre (Job no-gc[protected]). They are also unable to repair it and gave back phone to me saying 'nothing can be done'.
Now i called at geonee customer care next day (Call ref no-8796 (I remember). They said someone senior guy from gionee will call me in short time and will resolve my problem. But still i have not received the call yet. : (
Now nobody is there to help me in this case.
My handset is in warranty period (Less than one year).
Please replace/repair my handset
