Go through the trailing mail.I have purchased my phone of gionee make S5.1 on[protected] and after buying this phone . I had gone to gionee care about 5-6 times for various types of problems that came into my phone. It is really disgusting and worth condemning the approach of gionee that they are manufacturing below standard phones which are having a high fault rate and poor service.I have now got very frustrated with this phone.My experience with this product is horrible and clearly shows that the company is manufacturing such a product which could last only for one year, till the warranty gets expired .Is this a pro-consumer approach ? i need justice in this regard because some two month have passed since my warranty got expired and your service center is not entertaining any more . In actual, I used this phone only for seven to eight months as rest of the time is was with the service center and your support team. I m feeling cheated after buying this product as i had spent my hard earned money (Rs.-17500.00) for buying such a faulty phone. Hope you will understand my feeling as a consumer and would provide justice to me.
