[Resolved] Gionee Mobile — Miscommitment and fraud by gionee service centre | |||||
I bought a gionee s plus mobile in jan 2016. From the second month i started facing the problems. But in june thr screen of my mobile went blank and battery started leakingl. On 16 th june 2016, i contacted service center and they told that they could not take two complaint of handset and battery together, first they will repair handset then they will replace battery. But they took approx 24 days and return my phone on 8 th july 2016. My warranty of battery was expired on 6th july. Service center denied to change the battery. Within 7 days battery leaked heavily and swallen heavily. I given it back to service senter on 19th july 2016. I contacted customer care and mailed their customer care but there is no reply from their side and now on 21 st july i got massage that they are charging me rs. 430.
