Gionee Mobile — mobile phone gionee x1 and communication centre | |||
I have purchage ionee x1 from moble exper communication from indirapuram ghaziabad u. P on 02/09/2017, after 1 week my phone has been off and i was unable to on the phone, i complaint and submit the phone. Same problem has been resolve, after 2 days i fount my phone automatically restart. I again submit the phone and yesterday nite (30/10/2017) i receive the phone from the communication but problem still not resolve, and my device is heating so much... Now i call the communication centre now i'm very irate and i want to return the phone otherwise i will go in the cousumer court, because i was not ready to purchage the gionee phone, they give me force fully. So I have this problem with my Gionee X1, all default and google related apps (play store, chrome, youtube etc.) doesn't load anything with mobile data, although it works fine with wifi. I tried full system restore and factory reset and Software update still the same, other apps like watsapp works fine with mobile data, I'm starting to get really frustrated because of this, any suggestions?
