I have purchased a gionee mobile (gionee e7 mini) through paytm dated 30/12/2015 but delivered on 5/1/2016. after one month problem is created in the handset. i have submitted my handset to the service centre (gauran telectom ferozepur punjab).
Which have job no. gc[protected].

I am attached my handse invoice and service jobsheet.

Please replace my mobile as soon as possible.

My gionee s6 ear speaker have some fault for whch I gave the phone to gionee care centre and they kept the phone for one month but did not repair it So is there any way to solve my problem or I should take some legel steps as my phone one month warranty got wasted.
