Gionee Mobiles — Regarding mobile

Dear sir/ma'am, This complaint is regarding the gionee mobile phone i. e-gionee p-2 which i have purchased from "new fair business center, alambhag, lucknow on 19th july 2014.in this phone i am facing problem since starting due to which i have given my mobile to service center for 3 times then to i am not satisfied with the mobile as well as services. again i have given my mobile to service center i. e - z. a. mobiles, hazratganj, lucknow on 04th may 2015. problems in mobile phone is not working properly, hanging, file got corrupted, auto switch on/off. now i request you to provide me some other mobile of your brand or please refund my money as soon possible. kindly take this case seriously and do the needful as soon as possible.
