Gionee — My phone screen not work

Sir, i have purchase gionee g3 in impression mobile store in nimbahera dist chittorgarh rajasthan about 2 month back started giving me screen problem so i gave my phone to the service center 15 days and first they said they’d send it to the service center but my problem is not solve so pls need some help and pls any action my complaint.
