[Resolved] Gionee — Problems in brand new g5 gpad | |||
Dear sir/madam This is to inform you that i am one of the most unfortunate user of gionee g5 which i purchased on 3rd oct, 2014. I have been facing a number of problems in this set. The two of the major problems are:- 1. Whenever someone calls me then his/her name appear in some different types of symbols (Though i have saved those contact names in english). 2. The battery is showing abnormal behaviour, at one second it shows 100% charged and at other second it shows please connect your charger. These type of problems are not expected to occur in brand new phone. Since my phone is just 10 days old, it is requested to kindly replace the same. Hoping for a quick response from you side. Low battery backup
Low battery backup ...even on stand by mode ...in 8 hours consumes 40% of battery on standby...plz have a solution for it. . ...i am frustrated from this ...And i unable to use phone more than 2 hours... If i charge it 100% at 9 am then by the time till 12 noon the battery will be at 5-6 % ...plz have a solution of it ...

I have been facing a number of problems in this set.The two of the major
problems are:-
1. Whenever someone calls me then his/her name appear in some different
types of symbols(though I have saved those contact names in English).
2.msg problem- msg got disappear. what is this??? gionee is not giving solution to both these problems
what to do????????
Since my phone is just i month old, it is requested to kindly replace
the same.
Hoping for a quick response from you side.
