Gionee.co.in — Defective mobile | |||
Some time in the month of july 2015 i puchased a gionee mobile model m4 after paying rs. 14000 approximately. Since from the date of purchase i am facing some problem with the mobile and i approached the gcare for this and my complaint was registered under ticket no. #[protected] and the company has suggested me to visit service center which is situate about 70 k. M. From my place. Thereafter one month has not lapsed my mobile has again faced with problem of rebooting and each and every time when i make a call my mobile will reboot. Further the downloaded video and image where vanished from the mobile automatically. This time again i lodged a complaint with gcare and my complaint was registered under ticket no. #[protected] and again this time the gcare has come out with suggestion tovisit service center. Sir in fact the mobile is defective one and company is not accepting the same. It is not possible for a man to visit each and every time in a month to service center after taking leave or making himself absent from his job or service. Further it making costlier to the me both mentally and pecuniary from both side firstly vising jamshedpur from chaibasa and secondly earnings from my profession. I requested the company to replace the mobile with another one of court of the same model so that i can get rid of the defective mobile. Please lookinto the same provide some succor tome.
