Girias — Cheating in the name of providing Free accessories

I purchased a laptop from Girias, Kalyannagar, Bangalore.The customer service is very very bad and sick.They said as per the paper advt they are giving away 10 in 1 accessories.When I took them home and checked, the laptop bag was torn.I went back for a replacement, argued and got a replacement.Next day I realised they had given me a small size laptop surface protecter skin.Also I noticed the screen guard did not stick and so did the touch pad guard. So it shows they are giving away waste material in the name of freebies but are actually charging the base fee for the same.
