Bought a Faber stove on 10th July 2021 from Girias show room Hosur, Tamilnadu.
Within 3 – 4 days o[censored]sage, the top glass got full of cracks while cooking & became non-usable.
Following with authorised Faber customer care service Hosur (ph: [protected])– but not resolved yet.

6th aug - Called customer care & made a complaint.
20th aug - Local Service mechanic came with a wrong model top glass & left the wrong glass with me. He also left all the parts of the stove in open condition saying that he will come with the right one shortly.
30-aug - Hosur Faber authorized service centre followed up & said currently there is no availability of stock of right glass top & it could take around 1 week to replace.
31-aug – Service centre mechanic came & took the wrong glass he brought earlier.
6- sep – After my follow up, Hosur Faber authorized service centre says it could take 2 more weeks approximately to replace the glass top.
Take this issue seriously, Need your quick on when you will be able to replace.
