Girias India Investment — Non delivery of AC and non attending of calls by Girias Avadi branch after payment

I had placed an order for AC 1.5 ton brand O General and made the payment for the same on Thursday, 01 Apr 21. The AC was promised to be delivered by 06th Apr owing to non- availability of stock in store. However it is not delivered yet and the showroom phone numbers are also not attended by the branch including the manager's number. Such anti- customer practices not understood.
