Girias — Lost bill unable to get a copy

I have purchase refrigerator in 2013 and now there is compressor issue and they are asking bill for replacement do please help us getting the bill as now I'm in pune and I have purchased the refrigerator in Bangalore. When we called they said we need to visit the head office which is in Rajajinagar and after showing pan card they will give. But now due to covid restrictions we can't travel to banglore for getting bill so please help as I have 2 small kids and now travelling is pretty risker for them so please help
