I have purchased samsung LED UHD 3D tv on 19/10/2014 from your Giriyas virugambakkam branch.After purchasing I came to know the 3D features is not available in TV. the store people told its a 3D LED UHD tv and my bill also shows the same(invoice attached herewith). I have purchased this TV based on based on the promising features o[censored]HD and 3D with inbuilt WIFI. But your branch people misleaded me and delivered a product that not meeting my requirement. this is clear way of cheating and the product was non functional past one month. samsung service engineer tried to rectify the issue more than six times by visiting my house and they could not even identify the problem. then they have taken my TV to their factory. the problem repeated again the same day of return of the product. Again they have taken the TV to their workshop and done some changes and return. now the TV is functional but I am doubting the integrity and reliability of the system because it took them one month for identify and rectification of the problem. i need a clarity regarding the specifcation mismatch in the TV that you assured while purchasing. if the 3D feature is not available in the existing product I need a replacement with all the features that you promised at the time of purchase(as per my invoice). I purchased this TV using finance option from your virugambakkam branch and still paying the dues. so I need an amicable solution and expecting your early reply.
