Giridhar Agencies — Cancellation of booked cylinder

My consumer Number is 14319 with Giridhar Agencies. Their dist code is [protected]. I booked a refill for my gas cylinder on 7/8.2015 with ref number 710920 and a cash memo was generated on 20/8/2015 with number [protected]. I received an SMS on 26/8/2015 informing me that the booking was cancelled, without giving any reason, and that I should re book it. I re booked it on 27/8/2015 with ref number [protected] and a cash memo was generated on the same day with number [protected]. I have yet to receive my refilled cylinder, though now it is almost a month since my first booking. We are retired senior citizens and is most difficult for us to carry on without a cylinder for such a long time. Also, it is impossible to get thru to Giridhar Agencies on phone and my husband and I are not in a condition to go to their shop. Will be greatful if you please sort out our problem. Thanking you
