Gizmo Insurance — Payment not refunded back | |||||
I took gizmo mobile insurance from croma on purchasing high end smartphone. No claim was made in first year. On renewal marketing team kept calling for online renewal as they were providing more benefits. After i renewed on 13 july 2016, i did not recieve any invoice or copy of list of benefits that they commited. Then i cancelled the insurance renewal on 14th. I did not recieve my money transfered for renewal and they are lying that the payment is initiated and will reflect by 22nd july then told 25 july. Til today it has not been refuded. I have cash less insurance of my cell phone, but gizmo has partially approved my claim and reason of not approving full claim wasn't told me at the time of taking insurance from gizmo. In future I will not neither take insurance from gizmo nor recommend to anyone.I am vary much disappointed.
