Gleam Technologies — refund amount- fraud company

I got to know about this online job through quickr jobs and I was contacted by Archana from gleam technologies and asked me to pay RS.2000 as intial amount, which will be refunded whenever I want to quit the job or want back. I had taken typing job which included 250 pages and I completed the job. After few days when I try to ask them about my salary they were not responding and still no response and even did not receive my refund amount.
Now I need my refund amount of RS.2000 back, don't want the money of my money for my work done.
Such a fraud company looting peoples money, give back our amount
