Gleam Technologies — refund still not received

I had raised ticket for refund a year go then i got post where they mentioned i will get my refund at feb 19 2019. I didnt got my refund yet. I am giving my project id and ticket id my refund amount is 2000rs. Pls take action on this

They says that call technical support gives some number and says that to enter ext 9 but when i enter it says enter an 4 digit code but when i ask my executive she doesn't reply
