[Resolved] Gleam Technologies — regarding money refund | |||||
I had taken a project 1 half year before and company said that if we are not able to do the project your money will be refundable as we had already paid the money of rs.2000. The lady called zahitha didn't guided me properly. She didn't tell anything about the aggrement copy. They had given me a 1 year time to refund the amount and after when i called the support team they are asking about the aggrement copy. How can i get that form now. I have send many mails regarding my invoice copy and no response from the company after calling many times they had lifted the call and telling that with out aggrement copy we can't do anything. Sometimes they had given me the reference numbers and told that your money will be credit in the next week an your process is completed, this is happening since last 3 to 4 months but i didn't get any amount.
