Global Head Hunt — Job guarantee

Please look into my concern i have paid

I have sent 2 emails to Jay Pandey and no reply, All you people are either in meeting or busy and say they will call back and never call back.

It has been 30 days and i still don't see any resolution.

On Jan 18 2019 Joe said that my profile was short listed in TCS & Oracle and to complete my profile in Global Head Hunt i need to pay Rs. 4999 and also told me that the amount is refundable.

On Jan 19 2017 Shivani called me and she asked me pay Rs. 7999 to proceed with completion of my profile. And then asked me for Rs. 35500 i expressed my inability to pay Rs. 35500 she then said that this would be refunded.

Nothing happened since then except that someone saying himself as pradip jasiwal who manages recruitment in Capegemini called through your phone# and not directly to me.

After this Shivani called me and said that i am through this interview and asked me to Pay Rs. 98999 and totally rejected, but she told me that this will also be refunded and when the invoice came to me it said that this will be refunded once i complete the probation period in the company.

Nothing happened till Feb 1 2017 when i called joe and asked him to connect me some MD or director. But he gave it to Naveen Shukla who introduced himself as Senior HOD and he asked me to give 48 hours, i told him that if nothing happens in 48 hours refund of my full

48 hours passed and on Feb 3 2017 i called Naveen Shukla and asked him what happened he said that he was looking into, i made him remember our commitment and told him to start the refund process. He then told me that this was not a phatthar ki lakhir and he was commied to get me a job by end of feb 2017 or March first week.

On Feb 4 someone through your phone # only (not directly) called me and said that he was an HR from Mindtree and took some interview.
On Feb 6 2017 i asked Naveen Shukla regarding the same and he said that i was through the interview and he will inform me when the technical round will happen.

Nothing happened since then and i was worried on Feb 14 i called to Daniel Cell # [protected] and someone called Rajeev picked up and said that all sales team are in leave and nothing will happen till Feb 16 2017.

I told him what happened and also told him that i am worried about my money and also my job. He says that Global Head Hunt never guarantees any job i asked him that how come then you take money Rs. 148000 from me and why did i pay if there was no gaurantee as joe had said that my profile was short listed in TCS & Oracle.

Now Today daniel says that you can check the invoice which says that there is no guarantee of any job. I then asked him to atleast give to some director or MD of Global head Hunt. He bluntly denied passing me the same.

I asked for refund of amount as nothing was happening as 1 month has passed. He said there would be deductions i have checked throughly your website www.globalheadhunt.org through which i have made all the 4 payments. I have also seen the refund policy.

There is nothing written in refund policy as deductions

I am very much worried regarding now people from global head hunt telling me that Job is not gauranteed
