Global packways has a fraudster named jaipal who first gave us a company registered quote of 36 thousand from mumbai to delhi, promised 5 workers and sent only 2 on the day of shifting. As they were only 2 they did haphazard packing, didnt pack 50% of the stuff saying they got less packing material. They threw everything half open half packed in the truck. Then jaipal hid our truck of goods from mumbai to delhi and started threatning us to pay extra else will hide our goods in a godown and we can find it as much as we can in delhi. This threatens and harassment went on for three days. He then extracted 50 thousand from us to realease the truck. He then delivered all our goods worth 5 lakhs in complete broken condition. All items are broken - expensive show pieces shattered, fountains broken, chairs and sofa torn, cupboard broken. Hes a fraud who is just making money. Owner of global packways sanjay sharma he has cheated us and damaged our property. Your company will have to bear the loss caused by jaipal who calls himself the ceo . He is refusing to give the insurance also which was decided upon saying he didnt hear we needed the insurance. I need my 50 thousand plus the compensation of the damage caused by global packways negligence and the harassment caused by the threatens of jaipal. I have undergone severe trauma because of jaipal and monetory loss because of his threatens and damage. I need complete compensation of my goods and for mental harassment and blackmailing.
