Global Recruitment Agency — Job fraud, not refunding the payment

This recruitment agency has charged Rs 29k (mentioned as Refundable Amount) on the account of registration, interview arrangement and profile background verification. Arranged a fake interview and confirmed the selection to my surprise that HR panel has selected after 30min of conversation over skype video conference. Again demanded Rs. 41999 (Refundable Amount) for final interview in person. I found it messy and decided not to proceed further with their process. Asked for refund the payment made to them but no response yet but mobile numbers are active.
