Global Research — I paid the amount Rs.10000 but the company executive not received the money

I n.saidababu today ie on 22.11.2015 i paid money rs.10000/- to global research the through payumoney.com but executive told me they were not received the money.my payment id is 79472731 at 9.29am on 22.11.2015.Kindly solve the problem to refund the amount to me as iam not receiving any services from the global research.
