Global Sky Mart — Supply of Expiry date medicine

Sir i have purchased Dr. Ayurveda Height increase medicine through online payment of Rs 2385(Invoice no. 600658) but they have send me product which have expiry date one year back. When i complaint him (Complaint no. 520106) then they assured me for replacement within 10 days. But after passing of one month neither they have replaced nor responding to my phone calls . Please help.

I was delivered a Rolex watch which seems to be discolored and the strap broke the 1st time I wore it.I have also felt that the watch delivered is not original as there was no bill with watch.Also the packing looked deceitful.
