Global Techno Service — LG washing machine parts repair fraud

My LG washing Machine was not spinning and showed error codes (PE and FE) . So I called a guy named surya whose contact was given to me by a known relative and he then gave me another technicians number named B.Srinivas reddy (who works for global techno service) came to my house the next day at evening 5pm. I was not home only my mother was at home he came and checked the washing machine and later he said that there is some repair in the PCB board so he said that he needs to take the entire board somewhere to repair its electrical work and he can’t do and later he came and charged me Rs.2200 for pcb board repair and Rs.350 for filter and Rs.300 for service charge I was doubtful at first but later I paid total amount 2800 for the repair the next day same error codes PE started showing up and he came again and replaced my pressure sensor part with an old one and said it would work and charged an extra Rs.300 for it and again the same error PE showed up so I called LG customer care and booked an repair guy from LG, so the LG guy from LG company showed up the next day and checked the machine and told me that no repair to PCB board was done and the pressure sensor he replaced was also faulty and a new PCB board itself would be just Rs.1500 but he charge for me 2200 to just repair it. Lg guy also said that PE and FE error codes indicate a problem in pressure sensor but Srinivas reddy did not even bother check it until 3rd day instead he repaired a perfectly fine PCB board and lg guy also said that all what Srinivas reddy told were lies and he did a fraud of RS.3100 from me.
