Hi My Name is Anil Singh Gusain, I have a proprietor Name Global Travel Services,
i opened a current A/C with IDBI vijay Enclave Palam branch 110045.I am handling a transportation business.Form last 2 months i am having word with BM mr.Rajender chaursiya for EDC machine installation as mopst of the client of EROS hotel is pay by Credit card.Mr. Rajender promised me to install EDC machine in 7 to 8 days but still it is almost 2 months i am waiting for the same, and due to this i am getting 30 to 35 thousand loss .
Mr.Rajender shared me Mr.Sandesh no-which is [protected].Every day he promises me for edc installation but now very rudely he is stating me that now its not possible to get your machine install as you have to get a IATA certificate.I made him very clear that we dont book air tickets .so it is not necessary for us to have a IATA certificate and if it is mandatory why did not you inform me on day first.
But now he is very rude he said do whatever you want but i will not approve your EDC.
Plz look into the matter as bank is promising from last 2 months and now they are behaving like this.
