GMR — fake job promising consultancy running their business using company name

I had been cheated by a consultancy named connect my service who are promising my job to gmr banglore, they conduct a telephonic interview as well saying as hr of gmr company.
I had been told to deposit around 39, 0000 and i had also deposit around 11, 000 and now i want my refund back and planning to complain heigher authority
