[Resolved]  GMS Worldwide Express — CONSIGNMENT TRACKING No:[protected]

I sent a courier through GMS on 20 November 2014 from Delhi to Dehradun and was told it will be delivered in three days. I have been calling them since 1 week now so that they could update the status of the courier on their website or tell me if the courier was delivered or not. I called their Mayapuri Industrial Area zonal office several times and one male employee named Kushal always tells me that he will call their Dehradun office and then will call me back with the docket number but I have never received any call from them. Their service is pathetic and I will never make a mistake of sending anything from them in future.
