GMS Worldwide Express — consignment not received

This is to inform you that inspite of booking a express courier to the below mentioned address from mapusa, goa, the cosignment has not yet reached.

Booking date : 12 dec 2017

Address : 641602. Tirupur tamilnadu.

While tracking we got to know that it was delivered to jaymahal at bangalore. How can this happen?? Even we have noted the phone no too.

Can you please revert in this urgently since this was some bank document..

Attaching herewith the pod. How do we get back this and deliver to the correct address?
