A consignment was booked on 27 aug 2020 assuring of delivered on 28 or 29 aug 2020 positively. We regret to inform that the same has not been delivered till date. The importance is not taken care of. The booking was from kolhapur to belgium with a distance of 110 km and weighing 10 grams was charged 100.00 for urgent delivery. The service is not satisfactory and purpose is not solved by delay.
