I booked a flight ticket from Mumbai to Delhi (PNR WY7GVW) for 20th May 2020 with Go air which got cancelled due to COVID outbreak. On 23rd March Go air refund team has sent a mail stating
Dear Smart Flyer,
This is with regards to your reservation with GoAir of PNR WY7GVW. The applicable refund of INR 3342 has been processed to the same mode of payment as follows:
If paid via net banking / debit card, the same shall reflect in your account within seven days
If paid via credit card, the same shall be credited to your credit card account
If paid via travel websites/ travel agent, the same shall be refunded to the travel agent who will process it to you, request you to please contact them directly
In case of cash transactions, kindly send your NEFT details to [protected]@goair.in

Now, it has been almost 2 months since the refund mail but there has not been any refund made to me. Request to make the refund as soon as possible.
