Go Air — Ticket not received even though payment made already. | |||
I booked 2 tickets from Kolkata to Nagpur and made the payment through my credit card, the details of which are given below. I have not received any acknowledgement from Go air. i have also not received any reply to 2 emails that I have sent to the nodal officer. Go back to your bank that issued your credit card and demand a refund, under master card and visa rules the bank is duty bound to refund you for goods you have not received. Dont take no for an answer, many banks dont undersand you have these rights. Good luck
