My Domain Expired on 20th of december 2021. i wanted to have it back so i called go daddy help line number
on 19th feb 2022 i had a long conversation with one of its executive Dhara, & after final negotiation go daddy agreed to give my domain with a condition to renew it for minimum 3 years.
AS sales executive (Dhara, 19th feb 2022)of godaddy having difficulty in adding the domain in my payment cart, she asked for few hours. she called me back after an hour and told me that my domain is added to my cart but when i tried to make the payment it showed some error and things didnt happen that day. i have sent mail to her so that she can again initiate the domain process but there was no reply.
Again i called go daddy help line number(22nd feb 2022) and shared my trouble with sruthi and she told me that my domain has been removed from my account on 20th feb and cant be added.
This has been go daddy peculiar modus operandi from past many years, to get extra money from customers sometime they add malware to your platform and pus you to buy their solution. they steal domain from you and then asked you to give brokerage amount of Rs, 5000 (brokerage not redemption )to get it done.
on 19th when i had a word with (dhara) go dadd executive she assured me that i can get my domain any day if its didnt happen today for any reason...Now i cannt buy my domain it is not available...because of go daddy unprofessional behaviour my business is suffering loss..
