I Have Chooses A Cloud Plan From Go4hosting.com 1 Year Back in 2014 jul. The Plan Price is Rs.2000+ Taxes Month . I Use To Get The Invoices For The Amount What They Quoted and Used Pay happily From My Side .
I Didn't Receive Any Invoice For Oct 2015 Month and All of a Sudden i Got An Invoice on Nov 5 With Rs.3 lack. I Called To The Accounts Team and Spoke To Them and They replied Me That The Invoice is Generated By The System and It is Final .

I Asked if My due is Reached to an Limit of 20k, They Must Have Stopped my Services . But They Waked Up Only When my Usage Came to 3 Lack . They also Gave a Answer That I Must Check My Panel Every month and Ask Them For The Invoice .

If i Have to Check My Usage and Ask For Invoice Then What is The Necessary Of Accounts and Finance Department .
