GoAir — Charges to select seat for web check-in

I was web check-in for my parents, when i selected a seat it said rs 300 for window the midle one is free and the 3rd one again is charged rs 300
Charges for web checkin?
If you guys want to charge anything charge it when we buy the ticket not after that...
There were 3 couples acompaning them... What you guys expect them to do? Sit one behind the other?
So i called the help line... No one answered it for 10 mins and then the lady on the line says it is nominal charge you will have to pay if you want to web check in

Go air is worst in service worst on the helpline number
I wont ever travel with go air again and i wont recommend anyone for go air
