I am writing in regards to cancellation of flight G8-718 on 25th May, 2021 by GoAir without any intimation.
We found ourselves stranded at the airport with our 3 year old daughter when we were told the flight is cancelled so we walked to the GoAir representative for help but he refused to provide any solid information on why the flight was cancelled and no intimation was sent to us.
Also, the airlines refused full amount refund, let alone the inconvenience compensation and parking cost at the airport.
This is absolutely irresponsible, unacceptable and shameful on GoAir airline's part.
Attached is an evidence that we received a text message to web check-in the same day of departure at 9AM but not the intimation for cancellation.
