On 04th October I was trying to book flight on Goibibo soteticket from New delhi to Varanasi on dated 05th Nov, 2021 and in this regard on Gobibo site I clicked 05th Nov in the departure date and then search. The flights that are going to fly on 05th November are shown. When I booked the ticket by selecting one flight I got a ticket for 04th Nov night. As it is very clear that no body will travel on Diwali night .
It is totally shocking and confusing for me that how it get booked for 04th Nov, even when I have clicked 05th Nov 2021.
Even if it I try to change the date, the amount charged is more than the current price and also it is showing that the ticket is non refundable.
It is great economical loss to me and also I have searched for customer care no. Of Goibibo site but didn't found any . Some nos. are not reachable .
It is requested to please look into the matter and please change my travel date from 04th Nov to 05th Nov .
