After upgrading the hosting to deluxe hosting and then to the business hosting, my website, hosting account, cpanel, webmail, etc. Is not working. Logging in is a far away thing, but these are not even getting opened in the browser. I have raised this issue many time on the chat support as well as phone support.
I have spent around 4 hours a day on phone support of godaddy still, their technical team is not able to find the issue and give me a proper reasoning and validations about the issue. I have suffered with around inr 50, 000/- of business loss. No email notification, no warnings, nothing. The team of godaddy is just fooling around and making me lose my business. They even drop my phone calls and do not respond to my queries. I demand a strict action to be take and give me the reimbursement for the losses i have suffered.
