I have called godaddy numerous times but no one has given me any solution to my issue. I was put on hold by you from past 30 minutes & you never came back so i am explaining my issue again.
I have a plesk hosting for domain isupply.co.in
To import the database file into my local pc i have remotely access your database server provided to me & i am able to connect.
But when i am trying to import the file it shows me error that the user has not proper credentials
When i am trying to update the user roles it again gives me error
Now when i am trying to restore the database i am getting a different error.
So as you can see i cannot perform any action on my database then what is the use of it? I have been using this application (Management studio) from more than 3 years now & i have how to restore or import the database & what is the difference between them so you just get away with the comment that these errors can be resolved by customer end godaddy will not entertain these kinds of issues. If you are not able to resolve this issue then you should forward my request to your seniors (As requested by me on call) but you never it or you should give me a proper technical reason why this issue is not related to your server/credentials because if i perform these above-mentioned actions on my local database & not your database then this is surely related to your end & not ours.
So i am requesting again to kindly give me a solution or i will have to escalate this issue to higher authorities.
